I am an experience and visual designer based in Sacramento, CA. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design from California State University, Sacramento in 2015, but I have been working in professional design studios since 2011. Through these years of experience, I have been a part of a wide variety of projects across print and digital media, including rebranding campaigns, major corporate website redesigns, video shoots and production, and large print publications.
I’ve always had great interest in technical problem solving, which led me to explore the field of computer science and teach myself front-end development skills, like knowing HTML, CSS, and some basic JavaScript. This combination of interests and skills, along with my analytical, user-centered approach to design, has made the field of user experience and interface design a great passion of mine and the focus of my career.
As a life long student, I am always looking for new ways, both analog or digital, to express my creativity, improve my skills as a critical thinker, and just have fun making things—wether it is though design or other areas of great interest to me like 3D modeling and animation, photography, illustration, or traditional art.
When I am not designing, I like to pretend that I can play my guitar as well as anybody, get lost in a cool new worlds through my Playstation 4, or explore the beauty and excitement of living in good ol’ California.
